Hello. I'm new to the forum. I wanted to ask this thing: is it possible that there are problems with the video calls of some notebooks with A4-9120E cpu? I seemed to understand that there were updates to be made for the cpu or for windows. the video calling system in question is webex. Freezes or slows down a lot even though there is an SSD on the notebook.
