hello.I installed the new driver but it was frozen when I clicked the shut down and restart button.

Because of this I have not installed a driver on a computer.

Please help me.

computer information: motherboard: MSI b350m pro vdh

Apu: Ryzen 5 2400 g

Ram: corsair 4+4 g

windows edition: <windows 10 Enterprise>

windows version : 1607

os build:14393.0

try updating Windows to the latest version. You have an unsupported Windows version installed and AMD Drivers work best with the latest Windows version installed.

rezanoroozi1384, I just installed 19.2.3 Optional and so far, it is running fine.  Is your Enterprise version of W10 legal?  If not, I suggest you get a valid copy of the latest W10 and try it.  Thanks and enjoy, John.
