Cinebench R23 was released today for download, and it is MUCH HARDER on the CPU than R20, I even had to lower my overclock to pass it. Mods can we get this stickied, as a very common complaint is "My processor is underperformning", and this will provide a thread of reference that's not a stock, clean system like the review sites use.
Similar to the R20 thread, please post the screenshot below, and add your RAM capacity and speed in the notes.
Here's mine.... clearly shows that OverClocking Zen2 is pointless

You have the same Processor and RAM speed and amount of GB as I do yet your Multicore results are 1200 points higher than mine at stock settings except I have my RAM set at 3600 Mhz in BIOS.
Your single core results are 66 points higher than mine.
So if your processor is Overclocked it does make a difference.
I see that Black Zion also has his processor Overclocked and both of your scores are fairly close to each other.
Not overclocked... if you look closely at my post, I included the relevant settings I used. But since you missed it, I will post them here
I use PBO (not in the AMD CPU settings, but in the normal BIOS) everything in there is at default except PBO is enabled... no other tweaks or settings adjusted
I then apply a CPU voltage offset of -0.125V
RAM is tuned, but that does not make a difference for Cinebench

3700x PBO & XMP ENABLED. 32gb 3200 CL16 B450
Nice to see my slower memory isn't too much of a deficit.
After installing a second CPU Cooler fan (200 CFM) I am able to stress my Ryzen 7 3700X without overheating or throttling. Using 32 GB 3600 Mhz G-Skill RAM. PBO on default BIOS setting of "Auto".
2x16 3200 16-18-18
That's with PBO enabled.
System set to 1.3V and a CCD based manual overclock. CCD0 and CCD1 are set at 4.4 GHz while the other two are at 4.2 GHz. RAM is 32 gB, 4 DIMMs at 3600 Mhz CL16.
