I have a laptop with a Ryzen 5 4500u and with a gpu of AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics. Is the AMD Radeon graphics the same with Radeon Vega 6?

Yes, Vega 6 is a common label for the 6 Vega compute units on that 4500U APU. That's CPU and GPU on the same die.
The laptop might also have a dedicated graphics card, but you'd have to provide more information for anyone to guess whether or not that's the case.

That laptop has only the integrated graphics of the CPU. Lighter games will be fine, but anything serious will only run at low settings with a low frame rate.
