Performance Metrics Overlay
In past 2 weeks a 'floating' window appeared on my desktop showing performance metrics.
I Googled around .. One source says - Open Radeon Settings, and Preferences, click “Toggle Radeon Overlay Hotkey”, and press the Delete key. The setting will now display “None”.
I have no Radeon settings
Another says: .. head over to the AMD Adrenalin app -> Performance -> Metrics -> Overlay -> Enable Metrics Overlay -> then disable it.
I do not have Adrenalin App installed.
I do have an AMD Ryzen Master shortcut on Desktop that opens a P{rocessor dashboard ... but can't find very setting there.
On Apps there are no Radeon apps showing installed
There are 4 AMD apps >
AMD Chipset
AMD Ryzen Master
AMD Software
AMD Software 24.10.24
Is there something I need to change in settings ? ... or have I inadvertently turned on by a hotkey ?

Open 'AMD Software' to find the settings.
The Hotkey is CTRL + SHIFT + O

I could not get the 'software' files to run. The dashboard would run, but could not find how to turn off.
My workaround (eventually) was to remove RADEON software from start up .... and that seems to have worked.
