only 12 threads on 7900x3d

As already mentioned in the title, my CPU is only recognized with 12 threads and 6 cores under Windows.
Yesterday, when I assembled the system, 24 threads were still displayed.
Bios and all drivers are up to date.

 

edit: fixed, idk why, but ryzen master had disabled the other chiplet

I'm curious to know why Ryzen Master disabled the other chiplet in the first place. It's possible that it was a bug, or it could be that there was something wrong with the chiplet itself.

same here.

I was trying to activate automatic oc but after that my pc wasn't booting up.

the only way to fix that was resetting the cmos, i gues it was something like a safety boot option?
