Contact your place of motherboard/cpu purchase as you did not buy it direct from AMD--they may have one on hand they can help you with, or make a relevant suggestion. Basically, you should only need a bootkit in the event that the motherboard for the cpu you also purchased is not upgraded to the bios required to support your choice of cpu. A decent seller should have sorted that for you before shipping out your order--won't hurt to check with them. Assuming, of course, that you even know who they are...;)
