Just finished my new pc with a 4080 and a 7900x. However upon turning it on the pc wouldn’t give a signal to my monitor.

What spec ram have you used? Ideally it should be EXPO compatible and generally DDR5 6000 speed is optimal for AM5 systems though I have heard of some success with 6200 rated DDR5.
Also, upon 1st boot it can take some time for the system to go through it's DDR5 training setup. It could also be worth trying the following
- Try booting with only 1 dimm in, just to see if it posts. If it does try booting with 2 dims installed again.
- Connect the monitor to the DPort or HDMI Port on the back panel in case the bios is outputting to the IGP.
- What code appears on the qcode display (from pics on Gigabytes website it looks like this m/b has one).
Lastly, if you do manage to get it to display, I would check the bios version your board has and if it's not F5B then I would download it from GB website and install it. The update may have improved memory support as well as other fixes.

You should try to respond to people offering suggestions @Kadeacon . We are here to help but if you don't keep up on the dialog then it makes our job more difficult.
Do you get any LED codes? Do any chassis fans or CPU fans start spinning? Is your video card fully inserted in the first PCIe slot (the one closest to the CPU)? Did you plug in the CPU power plug?
@BigAl01 BigAl is right, reset your GPU and double check to see if you have any LED codes- did you try to clear CMOS? I fiddled with this on last build and did few times/ reset GPU and did the Ram trick @cwiggles and it worked out. Could also be something with your power supply connector. If no fan spinning you might need to pull out PSU and reset it? What type of power is going through....I noticed you didn't mention that part. Id probably rock 850 or so watts...Just some thoughts as you did not give much info....
As crazy as this is going to sound, do you have a very old graphics card lying around? I had this exact same problem with a replacement motherboard and RAM and I had to plug an old card into the board and boot with that, then install the motherboard drivers in windows before the proper card would work.
