New PC, 7950x3D has over 80% performance loss

Hi.

I just finished building and installing everything for my new computer.
Just began doing benchmarks, specifically cinebench 2024.

I get a multicore score of 1700-1900, when around 34000 is expected.
Pic related is the stats during the benchmark, missed the tdw which is around 140w. All looks fine, speed, voltage, temps.

System:
7950x3D
Gigabyte 4090
Asus proart x67e creator wifi
2x 32gb corsair dominators, qvl listed
Samsung nvme.
Arctic Cooling liquid freezer iii, 420mm, pushpull, additional 7 fans. Temperature is not the issue.7950x3d.jpg

I installed all the drivers from the asus driver list. Since then I have reinstalled the amd chipset drivers, even via the adrenaline automatic installer.
Went back a bios version, yet all same issue. Noticing apps starting very slowly when win11 boots in.

Never came across an issue like this before.

You probably better research CB 2024 scores for that cpu. Multi scores with CB 2024 are nowhere near that 34,000 point level, more like around 2100.

Oh my god you're right. I had accidentally looked at r23 benchmarks on google.

Currently doing some PGO+LLC tweaks and am already hitting over 2000 score.

I'd delete the thread if I could.
