Hi, I recently bought a Ryzen 5 3600 as I was upgrading from my Ryzen 5 2600. I also installed a new motherboard and RAM. The motherboard I’m using is the ASUS Prime X570-P and the RAM is Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb 3200mhz. The motherboard came Ryzen 3000 series ready so I placed the CPU in and I got no display whatsoever. I updated the BIOS and got a display but couldn’t get any further as the computer would freeze. I taken my RAM out and placed my old RAM in, nothing. I tried to boot with 1 stick, nothing. I tried and failed. I began to think, okay new motherboard - reinstall Windows? Before that I tried putting the 2600 into the new motherboard to see if that would work and it started up flawlessly. No issues at all. Does this sound like an issue with my new CPU?
