Hey everyone. Today i just got my new Cpu that i ordered from amazon, its a ryzen 7 5700x. On the amazon page it says it can run at a max speed of 4.6GHz, but when i go to the about me section of my computer it shows it only has a max speed of 3.4GHz. If someone could help me it would be great because im a tad confused.

That device specification is the base clock speed, that does not show the max boost clocks. The cpu does not run at max boost clocks all the time. The base is 3.4ghz and can boost up to 4.6ghz, slightly less or more also depending on load and temperatures.
