My ryzen 5 3600 will not boot windows 10 or recognize my usb wifi modem

I have a pc with a ryzen 5 3600 cpu in it, but when I turn on the computer it will not boot windows or recognize my usb wifi modem.

Hi x_davis‌,

you will need to add some more information as it's really difficult helping you without.

  1. How do you know that it does not recognize your USB wifi modem if the computer does not boot into windows?
  2. Where does the computer block during the boot process? (can you see something on the screen?)
  3. Did you assemble the computer yourself or was it bought in a shop? Is it still under warranty?
