Ever since I built my PC ac couple months ago it sometimes fails to post with a RED CPU light on the mobo, however I figured troubleshooting this might be a bit of a pain since it fails to post roughly 3/10 times, obiously the rest posting just fine. Pressing the reset button sometimes works the first time other times i have to press it multiple times.

I should also mention when this happens all fans are at full rpm until reset occurs.

Full Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

Asus GTX 1660 Super

MSI Mortar Max B450

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16BG (2x8) 3200MHz

WD 1TB HDD

Intel 660p M.2 SSD

EVGA 600W White Series 80+ PSU

Have you updated the BIOS to the most current available?

Yes, but I believe the newest one was already on my mobo checked through CPU-Z it shows:

I have the same CPU but I am using an X570 motherboard.

The older boards have been a nightmare for compatibility.

Please change the colour of the text you are using, it is very difficult to read.

Turns out after watching a video of a workaround where they remove the RESET switch from the front panel connectors solves the issue for anyone else facing this issue.

Sounds like a motherboard problem

My front panel is problem free, power, reset, LEDs all work fine.
