I don't know about your laptop's Nvidia GPU but AMD APU Processor Maximum Operating Temperature is 105c.
Once the Processor's temperature starts reaching or has reached 105c, the Processor will automatically slow down to maintain the processor's temperature at 105c or lower.
So as long as the Temperature doesn't get above 100c you should be okay. But to run it cooler I would make sure your Laptop's vents are clean and not dirty or clogged. Also make sure your Laptop's fan is working at maximum speeds.
If nothing else you can always purchase a Laptop external Cooling pad to help keep the laptop cooler during heavy loads such as gaming.
