So, i have a lenovo laptop with an AMD 9420 and with an dedicated graphic card AMD 530, mosltly all the time the CPU go 100% or passed 60% on Google, also on the simples games it dont pass 30 fps (IL2 Sturmovik 1946 is a 2000 games and its lag) even an older PC that have integrated graphics go better. PLS HELP!!!!
