My CPU is overheating and reaching 95c at idle
So I have a Ryzen 9 3900x and when It shows it 95 celcius. I’m idle on my pc and all the fans are working fine. And it causes my games to have low fps. I have already factory reset.

Idling at 95ºC?
Start checking if the cooler is properly seated, if not, re-apply thermal paste and re-seat it.
Are the screws ok? Well tightened? I suggest a cross pattern while doing it.
Have you applied enough or too much thermal compound?
Is it the stock cooler, is really the fan working?
Is it an AIO? Is the pump connected or working? Adjust pump speed and hear closely if the whirring sound changes.
Did you took out the plastic peel of the heatsink? I've seen some people forgetting this.
Nothing worked? RMA the CPU if it still on warranty.
Good luck!
