Hello, I recently built my PC and realized that the performance isn't as good as it should be. In Cinebench I get around 11,000 Multi-core and 1,100 Single-core. Even in some games i get around 200 less frames than i should get. I tried running userbenchmark (i know its not good to benchmark amd cpus) and the cpu doesn't boost in the test and i get bellow average but if i try it right after bootup it boosts and i get above average. While playing games the cpu boosts like normal to 4.2-4.45 but i still get around 200 frames less (mostly in more cpu intensive games). And i also notice that my PRD is around 70-85% under pressure. Also the temps are fine at around 35c at idle and around 55c while playing.
I tried updating the bios, cmos resetting, downloading chipset drivers, changing the power plan, factory resetting Windows and changing the PBO to -30 on all cores but to almost no difference.
I have a 4070 Ti and a Gigabyte AERO x570S mobo.
Does anybody know how to fix cause I have no idea whats causing this.
