hello. cant figure out why but this is happening.
ruled out motherboard, tried the 5600 in b450 and x570 board. no change. can the fclk really be that noticeable? tried stock settings, just made it slower.
5600 is @ 1866 fclk and wont do 1900***
AdamJensen, please tell us about all your system components. Also please post screenshots of Ryzen Master (RM) both Basic View and Advanced views running Cinebench R23, images only of RM. Thanks and enjoy, John.
hello thanks for the reply.
b550 tomahawk, AGESA ComboAm4v2PI 1.2.0.7.(most recent)

2x crucial ballistix max 3600(tried 1:1 fclk from 3200mhz up to 3733 with no noticeable change so i left it at 3733 with no WHEA- switching to 2 dimms from 4 increased reads in aida by ~1000) (single rank micron e-die)
ftw3 3070 ti 8gb lhr..
2x crucial mx 500 1tb ssd
wd sn 850 500gb m.2
i also noticed aida reports 56:3 fsb ratio. but fclk and mem are both 3733/1866. i think its just a reporting error? it is still 1:! right? my 3600 reports the same 57:3 fsb not 1:1.
stock bios settings gets 38000 read in aida. also learned i have the 1900 fclk hole and can boot beyond it but cant get it stable at all.
AdamJensen, Ryzen uses the CPU Multiplier to adjust the clocks. If you will look at the CPU tab of CPU-Z under changing loads you can observe it raising and falling. Enjoy, John.
Thanks, AdamJensen. Do you see a problem here? Looks very good to me. The specifications say max clock is 4.4 MHz and you are running 4.6 GHz. Your 3600 was specked at 4.2 GHz. Above you said "3600 is @ 1866 fclk and wont do 1900***" what are you saying? The difference may just be the clock used to make the measurement (less than 2%). Enjoy, John.
