I'm kind of confused about how should i interpret the max tempetarure listed on the mobile cpus, for example the ryzen 5 5500u says Max. Operating temperature is 105°C so after 105 it is gone to shutdown i guess then what would be the recommended temperature 75-85 will letting it be over 80 cause damage long term?
