Hello. Please help me with the following issue. I usually don't turn off my laptop, but just close it. And this morning, when I turn it on, I get this message:
"Press Y to reset ftpm, if you have bitlocker or encryption-enabled system, the system will not without a recovery key press N to keep privious ftpm record and continue system boot, ftpm will not be enabled with new cpu unless ftpm is reset (reinitalized), you could swap back to the old spu to recover tpm related keys and data."
I clicked NO and the laptop booted up, but when I reboot, the same problem.
I did not change the processor, my bitlocker is turned off.
Tell me why this problem occurred and how to fix it. Thank you
