Hello. Is there a way to reduce or increase or disable the l3 cache?

Increase or decrease the CPU L3 cache? Sure, buy a processor that has less or more L3 cache. For example:

Vermeer processors have 32MB L3 cache per CCD

Cezanne processors have 16MB L3 cache

X3D processors have an extra 64MB on top of the base cache

Modify or disable the processor L3 cache? There's no practical, user-friendly way to do this.

The L3 Cache is engineered to work together with the rest of processor as a part of the Processor so there is no way to alter it.

As Funkz mentioned if you want a larger or smaller L3 you will need to purchase a new processor with the correct sized I3 you want.
