Is it safe to do this to my Ryzen 5600x?

Hi!!

Is it safe to do this to my Ryzen 5600x?
Hi. I recently bought a Ryzen 5600x and it is the first time I have an AMD CPU.
I am having quite curious problems with the subject of voltages and temperatures. First of all, I want to clarify that I have undervolt disabled from the Windows power manager.
When I stress test with Cinebench the temperature does not exceed 65 ° C and the voltage remains stable at 0.975 volt. I think those values are good. The problem is that when I play I have voltage spikes of 1.35v and that makes my temperature reach almost 78 ° c.
I have read that some bios give voltage spike problems waiting for an update and a partial solution is to set a clock speed of 4.5ghz and a voltage of 1.2v. Do you think it is safe? I am not an expert on these things.
In the event that it is safe, is it okay to do it as it is in the image from that option?

Not sure what 'undervolt disabled from the windows power manager' is, can you post a pic.

Are you using the stock cooler ?

Some more system spec info might help someone offer suggestions.
