Is it ok for my CPU clock at 3000mhz constantly? Photos of my build and RYZEN MASTER included.

So Here is my build plus what I am talking about. If I run my ram for what it is rated for 6000mhz the memory on the CPU's GPU it goes to 3000mhz when I don't use EXPO it goes CPU goes back down to 2400mhz. While I am here My Radeon 7900XTX keeps spiking from 75mhz up to 909mhz then idle around that low area for a while than a random spikeScreenshot 2024-09-29 115406.png

RAM DDR, 2400 x 2 & 3000 x 2.

Are you setting expo in bios?

No I set it back to auto because when I do it goes back down to 2400mhz. I am curious if it will hurt my CPU if the memory clock speed runs at 3000mhz. The photo is my PC build and the application RYZEN MASTER.

It won't hurt the cpu running ram at at its expo speed.

If you made any changes through ryzen master, reset them to default.

Restart pc to bios and change the memory to the 6000mhz profile, save & exit.
