Is 4K Blu Ray playback only possible with Intel CPUs?

4K Blu Ray support with Ryzen CPU?

 Hi, I am building a new system with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. I also have a 4k Blu Ray disc drive, but when I try to play any 4K UHD disc using Cyberlink it is asking me for an Intel  SGX driver to allow Power DVD to play 4k disks, is there a similar driver for a Ryzen system? or is 4K disc playback only possible with Intel CPUs?

My RX 480 plays 4K BD disks fine, I use Cyberlink which has been the OEM choice for a long time
