I can't enable resizable bar for 5800x3D with RX 6800XT

Hello,

I can't enable resizable bar on my B550 AORUS ELITE  V2 (rev. 1.0), even if in BIOS I set "Above 4G Decoding" to "Enabled", "Re-Size BAR Support" to "auto" and "CSM Support" to

"disabled". I get in GPU-Z software that his requirements are not meet.

I see some solutions about windows update, but I have allrdy the last version of BIO for my MB.

What can I do?

If you are using F18b you may want to try going back to F17 to see if that version works.

Gigabyte BIOS versions ending in a letter are beta

To enable Resizable BAR for your Ryzen 5800X3D with RX 6800 XT:

  1. Update BIOS: Ensure your motherboard BIOS is the latest version.
  2. Update GPU Drivers: Install the latest drivers for your RX 6800 XT from AMD’s website.
  3. Enable Resizable BAR in BIOS:
    • Enter BIOS/UEFI (usually by pressing Delete or F2 during boot).
    • Find and enable Resizable BAR (often under Advanced or PCIe settings).
  4. Check in AMD Software: Open AMD Radeon Software and verify Resizable BAR is enabled.

If issues persist, consult your motherboard’s manual or support.

I just go back to F17 and works verry good, after that I tryed again beta version F18 and works too.

Maybe it was a BUG or something.

Thank you for answers!
