-Gigabyte Aorus Elite x570 Mobo

-Ryzen 5 3600x

-Corsair h115i RGB platinum AIO

   Is there a way to turn off boost clock in ryzen master? my cpu constantly runs at 4.2 Ghz. i get around 39-45C as my idle temp. i know thats not terrible for the chip at all but i'd like my idle temps to be at like 30-32C. especially with that $160 cpu cooler i bought for it. I figured out one way to disable it is to switch power settings to energy saver but that brings my clock speeds down to 2.2 Ghz. Stock cpu speed is listed at 3.8 Ghz.

Is your BIOS updated to the latest version?

Also set PBO to Auto in your BIOS as Enabled can sometimes be a bit aggressive on some PC s.

  Updated BIOS and disabled auto boost clock and it worked!

 Frequency is hovering around 3.7 Ghz average. Temps are around 33 average as well.
