How to claim warranty

I recently had problems with my pc and the cpu was the cause (i am sure) so i want to know how can i place a warranty claim since it does only 1 years that i build my pc. Could someone help me?

That link is garbage.  Please post the link to the actual claim form.

All that link does is open the instructions page and the "Request Warranty Service" at the bottom does NOT yield an actual form you can fill out.   After logging in, it just takes you to a Claim History/Status page, which doesn't make sense if you're trying to fill out a form (i.e., have not yet submitted a claim).
