How to choose AMD CPU for MSI Motherboard B450m-ProVDH

Gentlemen:

Please recommend an AMD CPU for the subject motherboard.  That is

Micro Star International B450m-ProVDH.

I use the computer for:

Internet/email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

I am not into gaming and bitcoin.

Depending on your budget, there's plenty to choose from for this motherboard. Here's a link to supported CPU's: CPU 

If you want for basic day-to-day usage with a discrete GPU, anything from Ryzen 3,5, or 7 series model's Renoir, Raven Ridge, or Picasso. Without a GPU then I think a great choice would be Ryzen 5 1600.
