I use a r5 3600xt with a Mugen 5 black edition and I get show, that my Idle temps are between 50c and 60c with peaks to 70c, temps under load are most of the time beneath 65c, so the cooler should work properly. But my CPU seems to run constantly at 4400MHz even when nothing is open.
Is this a normal behavior for this CPU?
