Hello everyone,
I bought a Ryzen processor on AMD shop nearly 2 months.
While the order was still processing (not confirmed), I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order.
The email I received states that, to cancel an order, I have to:
- Wait for the shipment
- Refuse the delivery
- wait for the refund
I'm in the last step, waiting for the refund. It has been already 1 month and a half that the processor has been returned to AMD.
Do you know if I need to do something more ? And how many times a cancellation + refund needs ?
(I know that there is a "Warrant Request Form" but I doubt it will match my request, since the warrant ask for a Serial number and a "Product part number", which I cannot have since I don't have the processor at all.
