High temperatures on Ryzen 5 7600x

I installed a DeepCool AK620 Digital with a Ryzen 7600x on an ASUS TUF GAMING B650M-PLUS WIFI motherboard and am experiencing temperatures of 60°C without load. I don't know if I installed the cooler wrong or if I have a bad fan curve configuration. Reading a little on the internet, the no-load temperature should be much lower. I started monitoring temperatures, when my CPU temperature is high, the CPU Package temperature is 10-15°C higher. This is normal? Should I pay more attention to one than the other?

It should also be noted that the temperature shown on the AK620 Digital display is the temperature of the CPU Package and when this temperature reaches 90°C to 95°C I am playing Warzone, the game starts to run slowly and with a delay and the computer turns off.

Username2077, if your computer is shutting down you definitely have a problem that must be corrected. Post all your parts. There is no "normal" temperature. Please install the latest Ryzen Master (RM). Post a screenshot of RM running Cinebench R24 multicore. Make sure your cooler is installed properly and the screws are tight. John.

Please see previous thread regarding DeepCool AK620 cooler.

Apparently the manufacturer rates this cooler for 260W which is pretty ludicrous if you are having trouble getting it to cool a 105W TDP chip.

You may want to invest in a better cooler or you could try some techniques to reduce voltage and temperature on your 7000 series processor.
