High CPU usage (Processor) on Windows 11 Ryzen 9 5900X HELP!!!!
I have 2 monitor, normally i use main monitor to play game, sec monitor i will play music or video. never lag before.
I'm experiencing unexplained lagging in Windows 11 environment.
This is especially noticeable when I drag Opera to the second screen (internet browser) and open a video (like youtube, facebook video).
I can see that the "Processor 23" of the 24 logical processors is 100% high!!!! (only while i was playing game and play video on second screen)
on perious , i dont have this kind issue.
Beside, if i minimun the opera, or i swap to other (browser)tab have no issue on the "Processor 23''(going smooth).
while one of the "Processor 23" is high , my whole pc are lagging , the keybord will delay , but the mouse function work proplely.
need help
