According to AMD, all Processor sold in a box has a Three year Warranty: AMD Processor in a box (PIB) 3 Year Limited Warranty | AMD

You can open a AMD Warranty Request Form Online and they will tell you if your Ryzen is still under Warranty: AMD Warranty Request Form
