No information to go on except you have a error 182.

Error 182 means that the graphics driver you are trying to install is not compatible with the GPU in your laptop: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-kb182

If your laptop has a AMD APU Processor YOU MUST download and install the APU Graphics driver from either your Laptop Support OEM AMD Driver or from AMD Download page.

If your laptop has a Intel APU Processor then just download the Discrete GPU from AMD Download page.

I realize English is not your native language. So for me to find out about your Sony VIAO laptop I need for you to download this free small program called SPECCY: https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy

Run SPECCY and upload an image of the results. Thank you.

SPECCY will show all the hardware you have installed including Make & Models and Windows version and other data about your laptop.

I couldn't locate your Sony Laptop at Sony Support. You laptop should have some sort of model number besides PCG-71611W

Thank you for the SPECCY information.

I now know you have a second Generation Core Intel APU Processor with Integrated Graphics HD 3000 with either a HD-66xxM or HD67xxM Whistler GPU laptop card.

Now if you can upload an image of SPECCY showing "SUMMARY" which should tell me what Windows version you have installed.

First you must update all of your Sony's Intel Drivers especially the Graphics and CHIPSET drivers and update to the latest BIOS version available.

Then download the AMD driver for your HD 66xxM or 67xxM GPU card from here:https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-6000-series/amd-radeon-hd-6670

The same driver is compatible with all 66xxM and 67xxM GPU  cards. You have a choice of only two to download:  WHQL 2015 or BETA 2016.

Your Sony seems to be a very old model that originally had either Windows 8/8.1 or 7 installed. Did you upgrade to Windows 10 by any chance?

Thanks for the SPECCY image under SUMMARY.

Your Laptop is using a Intel I5-2410M (Sandy Bridge)  APU Processor with HD 3000 Integrated Graphics with Windows 10 x64 Operating System.

Okay, According to Intel Compatibility Chart your Intel APU is not supported on Windows 10. In another words there are no Windows 10 Graphics drivers for your HD 3000 Integrated Graphics plus your Intel processor itself might not support Windows 10 technology.

That could be a reason why you are having problems installing AMD driver for your AMD GPU card.
