Possibly your BIOS or Windows got corrupted when your BIOS update failed.
Do a CMOS CLEAR to set BIOS back to its factory defaults and see if the problem continues.
Run in a elevated Command Prompt the following command - SFC /scannow to check your Windows OS.
Also run CHKDSK C: /x/r/f to check your SSD.
If it doesn't and you have a Windows 10/11, either restart your PC 3 times before Windows Desktop starts or use your Windows Installation Flash driver or DVD and enter the Troubleshooting Menu.
Click on Startup Repairs and see if that fixes your problem. If not try and do a Restore Point before the time you tried to update the BIOS.
If that doesn't work, try to update the BIOS again.
