FP6 pin map and dimensions

I want to make a mobile motherboard, but I dont have found any oficial datasheet for FP6 package (5500u), where can I find the dimension of pins, functions, etc? Does AMD have a solution for partners so that my company can produce these boards legally?

I dont found the Functional datasheet, do you know where I can find it? (The component library would be a great help)
