The only processors that have drivers are the APU (Processors with integrated Graphics). The only download you have for your processor is Ryzen Master.
EDIT: In Device Manager is does show special Windows Microsoft native processor's drivers but those are part of Windows and something that you can't download load and install.
Each time you upgrade Windows those special drivers are updated with the OS. You can verify this by looking at the Driver version. It should be the same version as your Windows OS version.
