I want to completely reset all my CPU's value to factory default. Where can I find such option?
My CPU isn't boosting correctly and the frequency isn't adjusting automatically.
My CPU is Ryzen 5 1600.

Just reset your bios, this should solve problems.
The easiest way is to remove the battery on your motherboard for 5 minutes or more and also take out all power cords.
