Drivers Problem with 7950X3D

Hello, I am hoping that someone can help with this issue. I recently built a new system around the 7950X3D CPU. This is my first time using an AMD CPU.

I have followed the instructions here (https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-ryzen-9-7950x3d/5.html) and on the AMD website. However, I have the following problems:

  1. In Device Manager, I only have 7 devices listed and not 8. I have checked and I do not have any unknown devices: https://imgur.com/a/UZSLxxM

  2. Each time I check whether all the AMD drivers are installed, I am always told that the latest version of the 'AMD GPIO Driver (for Promontory)' is not installed, even though I have reinstalled it several times.

I have done all of the following:

  • Made sure that the BIOS of my motherboard and all drivers are up to date.

  • Checked that Gaming mode is on in Windows.

  • Confirmed Game Bar is setup and up to date.

  • Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AMD chipset drivers.

  • I have confirmed that 'Virtualisation based security', 'AMD 3D V-Cache Performance Optimizer' and 'amd3dvcacheUser.exe' are running.

I do not understand what is causing (1) and (2) above. I did a completely fresh install of Windows after installing the CPU.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
