     I bought this CPU today as a second hand,it performs good ,it have 50-65C while heavy gaming at 1440p maxed out settings ,it pass stress tests like CB2024 ,CPU-Z stress test but in AIDA64 extreme and in OCCT it reaches 90C under stressing ,I have LS520 WH AiO 240mm with NZXT H6 flow case filled with Lian Li fans .First thing to ask is this normal and second and more important am I the only one who see that black glue/sealing rubber(on the first picture) is not right and could this be due to  factory unperfections or necesarrly someone had to opened it or tried to dilide it in order to look like that  ? All I know is that it's tray version(retail), working as it should( I think) ,I can see it in HWinfo and other softwares that it is actually 5800x3D but this rubber condition bothers me  as it looks like as someone opened it or do something shady to it ... The reseller got very postiive reviews too.

If you look at pictures of de-lidded 5000 series processors, such as this 5800X3D shown on Videocardz.com, you can see that the factory IHS sealant is indeed black and not always perfectly applied, meaning an uneven looking edge is not necessarily an indication that it has been delidded.

65°C when gaming and 90°C in OCCT stress test are normal operating temperatures for this chip, even under a 240mm AIO, as is also mentioned in that article.

That's great to hear and piece for my mind. But another issue occured.
After the installation on the new cpu whenever I enable Smart Access Memory , my M2_2 nvme drive go missing. Only when I boot trough bios I got them working both together . I also tried:
1 Changing M2_2 /M2_1 slots PCIE lanes from Auto to Manual 3/4 lanes
2 Updating bios
4 switching back to older bios
3 Reseating CPU
4 checking for bented pins
5 Reinstalling OS
6 updating Chipset drivers
7 updating gpu drivers
8 setting up raid nvme


That's happening only after cold boot or restart. Whenever I enter bios settings and even when I change nothing neither choosing to boot from drive but just choose ''exit and restart without any changes'' It is fixed.Or when I disable SAM - then again my nvme is available and recognizable and operatable.  Any ideas ? Does buying new motherboard would solve the problem or the CPU is problematic ? Or should I just buy 2tb nvme instead of my current 1tb nvme and compensate for the missing nvme m2_2 ?
