From the footnotes from AMD SUPPORT concerning AMD SAM:https://www.amd.com/en/gaming/technologies/smart-technologies.html
Smart Access Memory technology enablement requires an AMD Radeon 6000 series GPU, Ryzen 5000 or 3000 series CPU (excluding the Ryzen 5 3400G and Ryzen 3 3200G) and a 500 series motherboard with the latest BIOS update. For additional information and system requirements see https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/smart-access-memory. GD-178
This Windows website instructs you on how to enable AMD SAM and the System Requirements needed: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-smart-access-memory
AMD's Smart Access Memory is essentially "resizable Base Address Register (BAR) support" with a fancy name. The technology actually came along with PCIe 3.0, and AMD isn't alone in offering this feature. In early 2021, NVIDIA added resizable BAR support to its RTX 30-series GPUs through a driver update.
In order for SAM to work on your PC, you must have certain hardware components.
The above requirements might be outdated since it doesn't mention the new AM5 Motherboards or latest AMD GPUs or CPUs.
You can open a AMD SUPPORT ticket and ask them if AMD SAM can be enabled in the latest AMD GPU and CPU and AM5 Motherboards: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html
NOTE: I have a Ryzen 7 3700X with a Asus 500 Series Motherboard and I have my Nvidia GPU card enabled with SAM.

So basically you're saying that yes, I'll have access to it if I buy the 3500x?
Yes, according to the AMD SAM System Requirements it says any 3000 series AMD Processors except the 3000 series APUs.
Thank you so much for the solution.
