Does anyone have this weird behavior with CPU encoding? I've upgraded from Ryzen 5 2600 to Ryzen 7 3800X and I seem to be getting worst performance? When I use Rainway, with CPU encoding selected, to remote play games via Chromium on a laptop. I'm getting stuttering? Also, when I live stream via OBS with ARK which was butter smooth with Ryzen 5 2600, I'm getting stuttering in the preview window? Is there some BIOS setting I need to adjust to fix this? I do plan to upgrade my memory to 3000/3200 16GB+ if I can get get a good deal
