Can someone tell me why I have 4 cores turned off in the processor and the cache is half the size?
Will someone tell me how to turn them on?

Ro0ni, thanks for the Ryzen Master (RM) screenshot. Have you tried Reset in RM? Please do and let us know if it helps. What version of Windows are you running? Thanks and enjoy, John.
EDIT: also msconfig in Run Dialog-Boot-Advanced-set the number of logical processors (12 in your case)

After restoring the default BIOS settings and restarting the CPU parameters in RM, all the cores were successfully booted. Thank you mister for your help, I appreciate it. I will know how to deal with this problem in the future.
