Debug code 0A

Hello,

I recently brough a used motherboard and CPU (detailed config below) and even though every was fine in my first tests I'm now stuck with a debug code 0A no matter what I try.

ASRock support points toward a CPU issue but I don't have another CPU or MB to test them separately.

RAM were swapped, multiple PSU tested, CPU pins and MB socket checked, CPU reseated.

CMOS was reset with and without battery multiples times including 4+ hours

Powering on the MB without a CPU had no effect (no debug code).

What else could I test ?

Given part age and their were brough used, can AMD be of any support ?

Any idea/hint are welcome

Configuration:

CPU: Ryzen 3 3200G (YD3200C5M4MFH)

Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty X470 Gaming K4, BIOS Version: 4.4

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Go(2x8Go) 3200MHz C16 XMP2

According to your Manual's Dr Debug codes '0A" falls within the "01 through 54" coding.

Check to see if the RAM you have installed is on your ASRock Support QVL List for the Picasso APU Processors.  You can physically check the RAM by running MEMTEST86.

If your RAM is listed on the QVL List and passes MEMTEST86 than it is possible you either have a defective Motherboard or CPU.

You can open a AMD Support ticket and ask them if they believe your processor is defective or not. You don't have a AMD Warranty since you are not the original owner.
