Curve Optimizer bug in latest AGESA (1.0.0.7c)

I sent the following message to MSI:

"Hello.

I yesterday bought one of your motherboards and have discovered a bug in BIOS in regards to CO.

The only thing I have done is installed windows, installed chipset drivers and Ryzen Master and updated to BIOS 7D77v19.

In both Ryzen Master and in the bios, instead of having a positive/negative maximum of 30/-30, I have 255/-255. CO is also not functioning.

Please advise."

Unfortunately they tell me that this is by design and AMD are no longer limiting CO in BIOS from the latest updates. How can this be true and what does this mean? Has the scale changed? Are MSI misinformed? It can set all cores to -255 and I have no instability running Prime95 small FFTs, y-cruncher, linpack etc. Something doesn't seem right.

Look forward to hearing from you.
