cpuz result diffrent from amd website

my processor amd ryzen 3-3300u

 

in cpuz it show it shows 14nm but on the website it shows 12nm

max speed it goes it 2.5ghz but on site it shows 3.5ghz

*it's not unlocked processor

and gpu it shows 1200mhz

 

but it is 200mhz

According to CPU World the Ryzen Mobile 3300U is a 12 nm APU Processor and so does AMD website:

Second it will be extremely helpful to know the EXACT MAKE & MODEL of your Laptop?

If it possible your Laptop OEM is preventing it from boosting so high to prevent overheating.  I would check BIOS and see if any CPU Boosting type settings are disabled.

EDIT: Post CPU-Z showing an image of your APU processor. It is possible it could be a error in CPU-Z. I would try to verify it with another diagnostic app to see if it also says it is a 14nm processor.

Its not cpuz but i also check dask manager it reaches maxxxx 2.89 ghz  my laptop Acer a3-15-42
