Cpu temperature and core temperature

I bought an a8 -7650k and recorded this temperature on the HWMONITOR (with only it open) is it a normal temperature? (I didn't update any drivers manually, I let Windows do it alone and I'm feeling the PC slow.

 

and there is another thing, the processor has 4 cores but only two appear in msconfig.

Hi and welcome.

 

It is look strange to be honest, the only things I can suggest you download HwInfo64 which is more accurate for sure.

About the core it is possible that you do not se all 4 core because two of the is used by the iGPU (integrated graphic card of the processor).
