Hello, I upgraded to a Ryzen 5 5600X and MSI B55-A Pro with a new install of Windows 10. I have not been able to get my CPU to go above 547 Mhz, even when using Cinebench to stress test. I have updated BIOS, drivers, adjusted power management settings, reinstalled Windows, and adjusted OC settings in BIOS with no luck. Any help is appreciated.
