Hello everyone.
Before 4 weeks I ordered a new 9800x3d processor from an online German store.
After approx. a week I got the package via UPS. I live in Greece.
CPU was in an brown box (seemed to be closed and sealed) with it's serial number and inside was the Cpu box of the 9800x3d.
I didn't realised that the real cpu was missing from the front view and opened it asap to put it on the PC. Didn't ever expect this could happen as I have bought plenty of parts online and never faced anything like this.
Packaged seemed sealed with its own sticker and i opened it with a knife.

How could this be possible?
Does this ever happened to any of you?
I instantly contacted the store telling them there is no CPU on the box.
They told me they need a signed declaration, photos of the package and to submit a claim in UPS. Things I did.
UPS came and took the package for inspection.
I have now (almost a week) no response from the store.
What shall I do?
Any help would be appreciated.
