This is the first time I've built a system with a Ryzen (before, it was Athlon, FX, etc.), and I'm really having trouble with this build. The mobo indicates something is up with the CPU (white light) but I'm not sure if there's something wrong or if, being my first Ryzen build, I got the compatibility wrong (wrong RAM, CPU) or it's an issue of needing to flash the BIOS.
It's not an issue with pins being bent or power cables not being clamped in or anything-- I probably reseated and double-checked components a million times.

RAM: Crucial 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz UDIMM Memory Module
